In my coaching sessions you will hear about the chakras for you to relate where you are in life because that’s the way i explored it in my own journey and I can coach you as deep i’m in myself that’s how it works because I convey from comprehension which always is embodied and arises from the heart to the mind and that’s where the wisdom arises from and then I combine it with some knowledge from different trainings which I also have explored and embodied myself too, so it’s different levels of understanding. Knowledge comes from the mind and can not comprehend embodied things without have embodied it! and we all are doing the same journey here on earth it’s just the external circumstances that mirrors the situations in life in different ways and that’s what I will assist you to understand in your journey where you’re at the moment and what actions you might have to do to come further in your life journey.
