The body is not separate from the path. It is the path.
My Approach
Bodywork is a way to work with annamaya kosha – the physical body, the first of our five layers. Through my own years of being disconnected – living in chronic stress – I know the body holds what the mind forgets.
Bodywork is deeply stress-reducing. It calms the nervous system, eases pain, supports healing from injuries, supports your yoga practice, and helps you move through blockages to go more profound within yourself.
You can book me for deep work or for a relaxing, stress-reducing massage – to give yourself the love you always deserved. Whether you come with stress, pain, injuries or just need to come home to your body.
What We Explore
I’m trained in different techniques, and I intuitively combine them for what your body needs in the moment – always with focus on stress reduction and releasing what the body holds:
- Massage – deeply relaxing and stress-reducing
- SRT-therapy – for pain, injuries and imbalances
- Myofascial Triggerpoint Massage – for stress-related tension, pain and blockages
- Tactile Massage – calming for the nervous system and pain relief
- Intuitive touch – what your body calls for in the moment
A more regulated nervous system, less pain, less stress, more presence. and a deep sense of coming home to your body.
We start with annamaya kosha – the physical body – to reach the bliss. When we reduce stress and pain in the body, we start to reach the deeper layers.
Rooted In
My work is rooted in lived experience – decades of peeling away layers so my true nature of myself and uniqueness could emerge.
Along the way I have walked with teachers, inspirers and practices that supported this unfolding – Somatic Yoga & Embodied Anatomy, Trauma–informed Yoga, Prison Yoga Project, Vipassana, Massage & Bodywork, Reiki and Coaching Through Catalytic and Relational Lenses.
