The Escape

My conscious journey began in 2011. On the run as a fugitive in Thailand, after many years behind bars and a life in an outlaw world I had outgrown. For the last time.
It was there, in the in-between – before I ended up inside again – that I met Great Spirit. Viracocha, Brahma the Creator of Time and everything cracked open.

The Return

I am a grateful carrier of the shamanic tradition. I walked the path of healing for my own liberation – through Yoga Teacher Trainings, Reiki, Plant & Natural Medicines, Coaching and Massage & Body Work.
Not to become someone new. To peel away what was never me. To come home.

My Dharma

I consider myself a bhakta. I offer my life for Great Spirit to work through me – Ishvara Pranidhana. My calling is to share keys towards: more freedom and assist in healing processes – physical, mental, soul and spiritual. Today I share this through Yoga, Bodywork, Coaching and Retreats – always trauma-informed, always from the heart.
