The pose is not the goal.
Presence is.

My Roots
Trained in Embodied Flow / Anusara, with roots in Tantric Hatha traditions.
I consider myself a bhakta – what I share is bhakti yoga, the heart of yoga.
Also trained in Prison Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Dance and trauma-informed Yoga Nidra, and formerly part of the Scandinavian team of Prison Yoga Project.
My understanding of yoga is rooted not only in training and lineage, but in lived practice.
A path of peeling away layers and returning to what is real.
What We Explore
- asana – to arrive
- pranayama – to breathe
- dhyana – to listen
- chakras – energy
- koshas – layers
- mudras – gestures
- mantra – sacred sound
Yoga is not about becoming more flexible.
It’s about becoming more you.
1:1 Yoga
A personal practice, shaped around you.
You don’t need to be a yogi or have any previous experience. You simply come as you are.
Each session begins with where you are in your body and in your life. From there, we shape the practice around what you need.
A session may include asana, pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra, mantra and somatic awareness — or simply learning to slow down, breathe and reconnect with your body.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, the practice meets you where you are.
No performance. No level to reach.
Just a practice that is yours.
How I Hold Space
My teaching is trauma-informed, grounded in presence, nervous system awareness and respect for each person’s process.
I create space to move, breathe, feel and reconnect with the body — without forcing an experience.
There is always room to listen, adapt and choose what feels right for you.
