The retreat is not an escape.
It is a return.

A space to step out of the noise and meet what is real.
Through different forms of retreat, we create space for practice, integration and deeper connection.
Some retreats are rooted in yoga and embodied practice. Others go deeper into ceremonial work, ancestral traditions and integration.
Different paths. The same intention — to return more present, clear and connected to what is real.
NEXT JAI MAA RETREAT
2 – 5 October – Dalsland
Forest, Lake & Fire
2 or 3 nights – you choose
My Heart
JAI MAA is a sacred medicine retreat rooted in ancestral wisdom, embodied practice and modern integration.
We work with traditional practices, ceremonial work and tools for deeper integration — held with care, respect for lineage and each person’s process.
This path is held by invitation. If you feel the call, reach out and we begin with a conversation to see if this is aligned for you.
How We Work
We work with the whole person — emotional, energetic, physical and mental — allowing the different layers of experience to meet and integrate.
During the retreat, we work through four interconnected layers:
- Mental: thought patterns, beliefs and perception
- Emotional: emotions, embodied patterns and nervous system regulation
- Energetic: chakras, koshas, tanmatras and subtle states
- Physical: body, breath, movement and soft tissues
Private Groups
For those who wish to experience this work in a private setting, retreats can also be arranged for closed groups.
We begin with a conversation to explore the group, intention and what would be aligned.
Gran Canaria Unplugged — 7–14 November 2026
10 places. One villa. A week to unplug.
A week in the south of Gran Canaria where everything unnecessary is peeled away.
This is Elaine De Souza’s retreat. I’m honored to be invited to hold Yin & Yoga Nidra in the evenings, while Elaine guides Vinyasa in the mornings.
