The wound became the path.

My full story
From Survival Mode → Presence → Leadership
I didn’t start with presence. I learned it.
The Escape
My conscious journey began in 2011. As a fugitive in Thailand, after years behind bars and a life in an outlaw world I had outgrown.
In the in-between – before I ended up inside again – I met Great Spirit. Viracocha. brahman. The Creator. And everything cracked open.
The Return
Shamanic traditions became an important part of my path.
I walked the path for my own liberation – through Yoga, reiki, plant & natural medicines, coaching and bodywork.
Not to become someone new. To peel away what was never me. To come home.
To the smell of copal. To hands on skin. To breath returning to the belly.
Foundation
For years I lived in survival mode. High performance on the outside, chaos on the inside.
The body was something to push, not listen to. I chased intensity to avoid feeling.
Yoga was the first place where softness was allowed to be strength. Not another achievement, but a practice of coming back.
The body as truth
The nervous system doesn’t lie. It remembers what the mind forgets.
Through conscious touch, breath and stillness I learned to stay present under pressure – in conflict, in stillness, in life.
I learned that tension is not a problem to fix, but information. That boundaries are not walls, but clarity. That presence is not a state, but a skill.
Integration
Today, what I have lived and learned has become the foundation of my work.
Private 1:1 sessions, somatic yoga, and coaching – all rooted in the same thing: guiding people to shed what is not them, so what is true can lead.
This is not about adding more. It’s about remembering how to come home to the body, again and again.
