Bodywork works with the whole system — body, breath and nervous system.

Through slow, intuitive and attentive touch, we work with tension, pain and what the body has been holding.

People may come for massage. The work goes deeper.

My approach combines:

• SRT-therapy – for pain, injuries and imbalances
• Myofascial trigger point work — tension, pain and blockages
• Tactile Massage – nervous system regulation and pain relief
• Attuned touch – guided by what the body calls for

Each session is shaped around what your body needs in the moment.

5 & 10 sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Personal and non-transferable. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Home visit — Gothenburg within 15 km

1 session — 1 600 kr

Travel beyond 15 km available by arrangement.
Prepayment applies for home visits.
