Yoga

I´m trained in Embodied flow / Anusara where the roots are derived from Hatha yoga and tantric traditions. I consider myself as a bhakta and what I convey is bhakti yoga which is the heart of yoga.

I´m also trained in evidence based trauma sensitive yoga & dance teacher trainings from Prison yoga project. Before I been a part of the Scandinavian team.

I consider my greatest teacher in all aspect of my work and life is nature, mother earth and father sky who´s providing me with tools along my journey to liberate myself. That in kombination with my trainings is what i convey when I facilitate classes, workshops, retreats and holding lectures etc.

In the classes I facilitate we will explore Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Dhyana (meditation), Chakras. With different techniques and on different layers (koshas) in order for you to get that liberation (moksha) you been longing for, mudras (hand postures) and chant mantras to invoke higher energies. We will also expand our consciousness with our body as a vehicle through movements with curiosity and self-love to access more freedom in life. I hold space in a safe environment with NO judgement and what needs to surface is welcomed. We will let go of what’s not serves us anymore to be even more in our creativity and blossom towards our true nature.

This is trauma releasing yoga and we work with the physical, emotional, energetical and mental layers. During the classes there is always space for the students to share what’s moving within in the present moment and I will assist & guide in your processes you’re in through chakra psychology and other methods.

The yoga I convey is medical and I guide you through universal inner alignments to build an more optimal structure for the prana (life force) to flow more freely through.

I do facilitate retreats and workshops in different locations and I’m always open for different kinds of co-operations like for workshops, retreats, private sessions, festivals, companies etc. and the earth is my playground.
